Start-up support programmes represent an essential instrument to promote sustainable entrepreneurship. This paper outlines approaches and methods start-up support programmes can employ to set up impact management processes that fit their respective programme strategies and create value for supported start-up teams. Further, it provides recommendations for action that can help start-up supporters to instate a culture of sustainability-oriented impact assessment and management in the wider start-up support system.
