While politics is constantly making new climate protection plans, too little is happening and much of it too slowly. In seven case studies, Borderstep has examined the impact of political strategies and instruments in the transformation of large supply systems.  The impact of the case studies shows how slowly transformation takes place, but also how it can be made more powerful and dynamic.
