Sustainable consumption and production is one of the goals of the United Nations for sustainable development. In the area of consumption, the trend towards collective consumption is gaining in importance worldwide. The results of the analysis on which this paper is based show that the generally accepted positive ecological significance of sharing services cannot be confirmed.
